Haslab Proton Pack upgrade kit - Hasbro Ghostbusters Afterlife Plasma Series Spengler Phoebe pack mods

This is a Cosmetic Upgrade Kit for Hasbro Ghostbusters Plasma Series Spengler’s Proton Pack. (proton pack not included)

This kit contains one each of the following;

-5 volt USB to JST wiring harness. This is a plug and play harness, designed to plug directly into the main board on your Hasbro proton pack and any 5 volt USB power bank. You will need to unplug the factory JST wiring connector from BAT1 on the main board for the D cell batteries and then plug this new harness in (see photos in listing). I recommend that this harness be used with the Talent Cell 3000mAh battery typically found on Amazon. The reason for this battery is it fits perfectly inside the Hasbro proton pack side compartment without much effort. See photos. USB to JST power cable is roughly 3 feet long. (Talentcell not included).
!!Actual Harness may be slightly different then what is pictured due to variations in stock and supply!!

-Blue or smoked acrylic lens replacement. This lens is designed to be a direct fit without cutting the proton pack. However, due to tolerance differences in the Hasbro manufacturing process, you may need to slight trim or sand the lens to fit between the locating tabs, see photo. You can choose from the original Ghostbusters blue or the Afterlife smoked lens.

-1 1/4" cable clamp with 4mm cap nut and washer. You will need to drill out the old screw from the original plastic clamp with a 11/64" drill bit and then screw in the 4mm cap nut with washer, see photo. (Available Separately)

-15" of FLEXO-PET yellow wire covering with black tracer. This was cut with a hot knife, but you may still need to burn the end with a lighter so it does not fray during installation.

-20" of copper foil wire to cover the plastic wiring connectors on the Phoebe/Spengler proton back. See photo.

Please note, you will need to take apart the proton pack in order to replace the factory plastic frosted white lens for the blue acrylic lens and battery installation modifications. Some skill and mechanical knowledge of the pack is required.

This blue acrylic lens is designed to be a direct fit without cutting the proton pack. However, due to tolerance differences in the Hasbro manufacturing process, you may need to slight trim or sand the lens to fit between the locating tabs.

You will need to peel the protective covering off the blue acrylic when you get it.
