Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. 3D printed items are made to order, even when shown as in stock, and typically ship within 3–7 days. Foggers and Fun Pack kits may have different processing times. Please check the listing for your item’s current schedule.

Preorders are paid in full and are not ready to ship. The current batch closes November 1, 2026, or when all slots are reserved. November 1 is the production-order deadline, not a shipping date. See the product page for the current batch details and production schedule.

If something isn’t right with your order, please contact Craig with your order number and a description of the issue. We’re happy to help with problems, missing parts, or damage.
