What’s Included (Both Basic & Deluxe)

Both versions operate identically once installed and include the complete core electronics system:

• Pack Reactor Module (Main Board)
• Power Cell indicator
• Cyclotron ring and mounting hardware
• Preprogrammed ESP32
• DF Player Mini with SD card (Sound Files)
• 3-pin JST cable – 20” (Power Cell)
• 3-pin JST cable – 10” (Cyclotron)

Fun Proton Systems – Basic

The Basic kit uses the Fun Pack’s original AA power source while delivering the full Fun Proton Systems experience.

Basic kit is best for builders who want a clean, straightforward electronics upgrade with minimal changes to the stock setup.

Fun Proton Systems – Deluxe

The Deluxe kit is designed to run on a 5-volt Talent Cell (Talent Cell not included) and includes additional mounting hardware for a cleaner, more refined build.

Deluxe adds:

• USB power cable
• Talent Cell battery holder (mounts directly to the motherboard)
• Red Cyclotron lenses with diffused lens covers for improved glow and light spread. Crafted by Imperial Tech Shop exclusively for Right Coast Props.

The Deluxe kit is ideal for builders who want a dedicated power solution and upgraded visual finish out of the box.

Installation & Power Notes

• Designed for Fun.com / Halloween.com proton packs
• Requires cutting the stock wand harness wires
• Connections are made via clearly labeled screw terminals on the Pack Reactor Module
• Downloadable Color-coded wiring diagram
• No soldering required
  

⚠ Power requirement:
Operates on 5-6 volts ONLY (DO NOT USE A 12 VOLT POWER SOUCE)
**Using incorrect voltage may result in permanent damage to the electronics

⚠ Wand rumble motor:
The factory wand rumble motor is not used with this upgrade kit to reduce amperage draw, improve power stability, and ensure consistent lighting and audio performance.

This kit requires permanent modification to the proton pack, including cutting factory wiring. Installation of this kit will void any existing manufacturer warranties on the proton pack and related components.
